This stand-alone facility is located at Fair Winds Farm.  Established in 1972, Fair Winds is well regarded in the community.  Fair Winds is on 145 preserved acres and provides breeding and boarding services primarily to Standardbreds.

1st Floor

650 sq ft exam area with a 10'x10' holding stall

440 sq ft main surgery area with overhead lift and two 11'x11' recovery stalls

Lab/Pharmacy, scrub room, laundry/utility and storage space

2nd Floor

580 sq ft common area suitable for meetings, breakroom space and additional office and lab/pharmacy space.  There is also large additional storage on the second floor.

Stalls and Paddocks

The clinic faciity has 8 large 14'x14' stalls and availability of 4 large, 1.5 acre paddocks.  Additional stall and paddock space are available.
